Abstract: In traditional medicine, Juniperus Sabina L.are used to cure kidney fever, anthrax, dry bile, diuresis,
and inflammatory diseases of the joints and respiratory tract. In Mongolia, Juniperus Sabina, the savin
juniper or savin, Siberia is a species of juniper native to the mountains (J. Sabina L.), (J. Dahurica L.), (J.
Peudossabina L.), (J. Siberia L.) Khangai, Khentii, and Khuvsgul grow widely in mountainous areas such as
Altay. Although studies have been conducted on juniper essential oil, biologically active substance research
has not been fully explored.
Purpose: Identification of biologically active compounds mainly contained in Juniperus Sabina L.
